- P&L ownership for multi-campus operations
- Leadership experience managing large academic teams
- Exposure to infrastructure, transport, hostel & facilities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations across AP & Telangana
- Drive academic, administrative, and admissions performance
- Ensure strong results in JEE/NEET programs
- Achieve admissions and revenue targets across campuses
- Standardize systems, processes, and reporting
- Align principals, faculty, and operations teams
- Monitor performance metrics and improve efficiency
- Oversee infrastructure, hostel, transport, and facilities
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation
- Drive academic initiatives like IIT/NEET foundation programs
