We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in Operations, Audit, Risk, or Process Reviews who can lead Business Process Re-engineering initiatives, strengthen process controls, and drive improvement projects across the organization. The role demands strategic thinking, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to implement world-class practices.
The role is responsible for:
Re-engineering processes to align with best-in-class standards based on inputs from management, audit, complaints, CSAT, and industry practices.
Driving thematic reviews, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Designing dashboards for management reporting and enhancing control frameworks.
Leading improvement projects, quick-win closures, and partnering with process owners to ensure sustainable solutions.
Supporting change management through impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication.
Certification : Six Sigma Black Belt
