Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team responsible for handling health claims, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
• Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential losses.
• Provide exceptional client servicing by resolving queries and concerns related to employee benefits and insurance operations.
• Oversee the overall performance of the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 9-18 years of experience in insurance industry with expertise in claims management, GMC (General Medical Council), health claims, risk management, and employee benefits.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, including policy issuance, underwriting, and customer service principles.
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve high levels of productivity and quality results.
