Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Health Operations, including placement, underwriting coordination, policy servicing, and claims management.
Manage Employee Benefits portfolios (GMC, GPA, GTL) and Group Health Insurance programs.
Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing activities.
Monitor claims operations, grievance management, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Liaise with insurers, TPAs, brokers, and corporate clients for seamless service delivery.
Manage client retention, wellness programs, and policy awareness initiatives.
Develop and implement SOPs, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and turnaround times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate with 10+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry.
Strong exposure to Health Insurance Operations, Employee Benefits, and Claims Management.
Experience in Insurance Broking, General Insurance, TPA, or Health Operations.
Proven experience in team management and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance operations.
Six Sigma, Lean, or Process Improvement certifications will be preferred.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
