Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning & analysis for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel to analyze business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Provide expert advice on financial matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the power or oil & Gas industry
- CA qualification (first or second attempt) with relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong skills in FPA, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning And Analysis, Variance Analysis, Forecasting, Business Finance, Financial Modelling.
