Chief Information Security Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement a information security strategy
• Lead and optimize the cybersecurity team and resources
• Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, DPDPA, GDPR, IT Act 2000 etc.)
• Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across IT & OT environments
• Oversee incident response, forensic analysis, and post-event reviews
• Provide reports to senior leadership on security matters
• Oversee security awareness and training programs

Job Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity
• Specialization: Cybersecurity
• Certifications: CISA, ISO 27001, CEH, GDPR
• Experience: 10+ years in cybersecurity, preferably in a publicly listed company
