Role & responsibilities
The Business Head Specialty Tea will be responsible for driving the overall business strategy, sales growth, profitability, market expansion, and brand development of the Specialty Tea division. The role requires strong leadership in domestic and international markets, with a focus on value-added tea products, specialty teas, tea extracts, instant teas, private label business, and strategic partnerships.
The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve sustainable business growth and strengthen the company's market position globally.
Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies for the Specialty Tea division.
- Identify new market opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, and growth roadmaps.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Formulate and implement branding and marketing strategies.
- Launch innovative specialty tea products aligned with market trends.
- Strengthen digital marketing, trade marketing, and customer engagement programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Preferred candidate profile MBA (Marketing )with exp in
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.
- Strong exposure to domestic and international markets.
- Experience in specialty tea, instant tea, tea extracts, herbal tea, or premium beverage categories preferred.
