Chief Executive Officer

Role & responsibilities

The CEO is the principal executive leader, responsible for strategy, operations, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement. He/ She would execute multifarious strategic and operational roles like project management, technology commercialization, business development, incubation and start-up system development and management, finance, administration and establish linkages with end users including industries and PSUs, attracting investments and fund raising for the company and ensure all compliance related to company operations.

A. Scale-Up of Human Digital Twin and Platform-Based Initiatives

Provide strategic leadership to scale Technology Translation Research Parks technology efforts towards the development and deployment of Human Digital Twin platform (CharakDT), with particular emphasis on digital health, cyber-physical systems, and data-driven healthcare solutions.

B. National Impact and Global Partnerships

Create and operationalize mechanisms that position Technology Translation Research Park (TTRP) as a nationally impactful and globally connected innovation institution.

C. Enhancement of Digital Health Technology Creation, Incubation, and Deployment

Strengthen Technology Translation Research Parks end-to-end digital health innovation pipeline, spanning ideation, development, validation, incubation, and deployment.

D. Startup Development and Incubation Ecosystem

Strengthen Technology Translation Research Parks start-up and incubation ecosystem, positioning it as a high-quality, impact-driven innovation hub.

E. Fundraising, Financial Sustainability, and Resource Mobilization

Lead efforts to achieve long-term financial sustainability through diversified and resilient funding models.

F. Strategic Leadership and Institutional Vision

Define and periodically refresh the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap of Technology Translation Research Park (TTRP).

G. Governance, Transparency, and Compliance

Ensure the highest standards of governance, accountability, and ethical conduct

H. Organization Building and Leadership Development

Build and nurture a high-performing, mission-driven organization.

I. Stakeholder Engagement and Board Interface

Serve as the principal interface between Technology Translation Research Park (TTRP) and its stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Technology or Management with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Ph.D. in Engineering or Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Master's degree holders: Minimum 7 years of relevant senior leadership experience.
• Ph.D. holders: Minimum 5 years of relevant senior leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in technology development, technology translation, and building innovation ecosystems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in technology development and commercialization within Digital Health, Healthcare Technologies, Cyber-Physical Systems, Smart Manufacturing, Research & Development, Innovation, Startup Incubation, or Technology Translation.
• Exposure to industry-academia collaborations, innovation ecosystems, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and technology commercialization will be preferred.
