Chief Compliance Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with company law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in the NBFC sector.
• Oversee secretarial activities such as maintaining statutory records, filing of documents with relevant authorities, and ensuring timely disclosure of information to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks associated with financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in compliance processes and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within an NBFC or banking organization.
• Strong understanding of company secretarial functions including maintenance of statutory records, filing of documents, etc.
• Proficiency in CSE (Company Secretaries' Examination) certification is mandatory; CS qualification preferred but not required.
