Chemical Process Eng/Project Management/Procurement/Executive Assistan

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for supervising the erection and installation of static and rotating equipment, piping systems, and related mechanical works at project sites. Ensures safe, timely, and quality execution in accordance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.

• Oversee design conceptualisation & detailed engineering including planning and scheduling, execution strategies, project schedules, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.
• Lead erection and commissioning activities, including enquiry floating, vendor selection, procurement, and coordination with engineering consultants.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Apply deep understanding of chemical processes, critical equipment, and production flow to guide engineering and operational decisions.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with statutory approvals, and environmental clearances. Lead the risk assessments and implement process safety compliances for ensuring safe process operations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and align suppliers, contractors, and consultants towards on-time and within-budget project delivery.
• Implement system improvements by adopting new ideas.
• Achieve sustainability goals in projects, and direct efficiency improvements in plant operations.
• Foster a zero-incident safety culture by ensuring adherence to safety compliances.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• >5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or allied process industries
• BE in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Able to work in team
