Develop menus and item pricing
knowledge of Indian,South Indian,Chinese cuisine
Ensure guests orders are delivered precisely and timely
Ensure that the kitchen and surrounding areas are sanitized and clean
Stay current on restaurant industry trends
Diploma required (two-year culinary degree preferred)
5+years experience and hands on kitchen position
Demonstrated knowledge of current restaurant industry trends
