Job Requirements :

• 2-11 years of experience in cooking or related field (hotel management).
• Proficiency in preparing multiple cuisines, including continental cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of menu planning and execution for large-scale catering operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak periods.
