Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers:

• Must be a graduate (any discipline).

Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Customer Support/International Voice Process.
  

Salary:
18k-23k (depend on interview/last drawn
18k for Freshers

Job Details:

• International Voice Process
• 247 rotational shifts
• 5 days working (9.5 hours)
• Rotational week-offs
• Two consecutive weekly offs (as per business requirement)
• Cab facility available during odd hours for employees residing within a 30 km radius of the office.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
