CocoLeni is a premium luxury eyewear brand committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and customer experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team and support the company's financial operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
* Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax return filings and reconciliations.
* Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax auditors, and internal auditors.
* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
* Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
* Verify vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and expense reports.
* Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
* Assist in implementing and improving financial controls and processes.
* Support management with financial insights and business decision-making.
* Liaise with banks, consultants, and government authorities as required.
Required Qualifications
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
* 0-1 years of post-qualification experience.
* Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliances.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in retail, manufacturing, luxury goods, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
* Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
