Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns to SEBI and other relevant authorities.
  
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts finalisation, NAV calculation, and compliance management.
  
• Oversee fund administration tasks such as investor reporting, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  
• Provide support in preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in CA (Any Specialization) role with expertise in Fund Accounting & Administration.
  
• Strong knowledge of NAV calculation, Fund Administration, Compliance Management, and SEBI regulations.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
