• Ensuring ef-ficiency as per the standards in adherence to all the Processes and Policies of the Bank.
• Achieving the dis-bursement target as-signed in the given period.
• Maintaining a keen un-derstanding of the indus-try trends impacting the DSA Partners.
• Ensuring the perfor-mance of the DSA partners.
• Ensuring no Dormancy, Nil Delinquency and Nil Early Mortality of the cases of DSA.
• Ensuring the maxi-mum busi-ness from the DSA channel.
• Ensuring the proper coordina-tion with the sales, opera-tions and CPC.
• Proper ana-lyzing the sourced cases from the partner channel.
• To have the proper knowledge of product features, term and conditions & process
• Ensuring the timely renewal of existing DSA & termination of agreement of non performing DSA.
• Ensuring timely share of internal communi-cations re-ceived through mails from Administra-tive Offices / Supervisors.
• Ensuring coordina-tion for all Audit / In-spection / Vigilance and control processes at the centre.
• Any other activity as assigned from time to time to en-hance the Bank s posi-tioning and profitability.
