Change and Incident Management Professional

Job Title: Change Incident Manager FMS

Location: Gurugaon

Qualification: Should be Science Graduate (IT / Computer), preferably, BE/B. Tech/MCA with minimum 1 year of in- scope solutions and minimum 3 years total experience in IT implementation / support of related solution.
Should be certified in any 1 of the following certifications:
CCMA (Certified Change Management Associates

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage service requests, SLAs, and incident escalations.
2. Oversee capacity planning and forecasting for facility resources.
3. Maintain an accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
4. Monitor and manage facility inventory, ensuring stock availability.
5. Ensure uptime and performance of network, server, and storage systems.
6. Automate workflows for service requests, maintenance, and reporting.
7. Analyze system performance and identify process improvements.
8. Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance.
