- Certified Scrum Master with Telecom Media Entertainment Domian.
- Facilitating Agile Ceremonies.
- Adapt ceremonies to suit media workflows like content release cycles or broadcast timelines.
- Identify and resolve blockers that hinder progress technical, operational, or organizational.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e. g. , content ops, QA, DevOps) to maintain flow.
- Help teams adapt Agile to media-specific needs like OTT app releases, streaming platform updates, or STB testing.
