Central Tool Room & Training Centres (CTR & TC) are autonomous organizations under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India. They provide technical training, tooling support, and consultancy services to industries, particularly in the areas of tool and die making, precision machining, CAD/CAM/CAE, and related engineering fields. These centres aim to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs by upgrading their technological capabilities and skill levels.
