Center Coordinator For reputed Play School in South Kolkata

Roles and Responsibilities

PLUTO Play School - a leading Play School operating fifteen centres across Kolkata is looking for experienced energetic candidates who can craft child care centres with discipline dedicate and love for children.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining high standards.
  
• Oversee admission counseling process, including enrollment management and parent communication.
  
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure effective implementation of Montessori curriculum for preschoolers aged 1.5 to 6 years.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to promote child development, socialization, and emotional intelligence among children.
  
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and other administrative tasks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates with relevant experience of counselling, admission process handling, centre management, academic know how of preschool would be preferred.

Candidate must be having the right aptitude to manage the centre holistically.

• 3-8 years of experience in early childhood education or related field (pre primary/preschool).
  
• Strong knowledge of Montessori pedagogy and its application in a playschool setting.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents, staff members, and stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in office administration tasks such as record-keeping, reporting generation etc.
