Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds across the school campus to ensure safety and security < LI>
Identify and promptly report any suspicious activity, safety risks, misconduct, or potential threats to the designated school authorities < LI>
Maintain heightened vigilance during school hours, events, examinations, arrivals, dispersals, and emergencies < LI>
Ensure CCTV recordings are properly stored, backed up, and retrievable as per school policies and legal requirements < LI>
Retrieve, review, and provide CCTV footage promptly during audits, investigations, parental concerns, disciplinary matters, or statutory inspections < LI>
Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy of all surveillance records < LI>
Maintain daily logs of surveillance activities, system uptime, and reported incidents < LI>
Assist school management during inquiries by providing factual video evidence and observations < LI>
Proactively flag blind spots, malfunctioning cameras, or areas needing additional surveillance < LI>
Candidates profile requirements are as follows < LI>
Minimum Graduate Diploma ITI Electronics, IT, or related field preferred < LI>
Certification in CCTV systems or security systems will be an added advantage < LI>
25 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance, or facility security management < LI>
Basic knowledge of CCTV software, video playback, and troubleshooting < LI>
Strong observation skills with high attention to detail < LI>
Ability to remain alert, calm, and discreet in sensitive situations < LI>
Good computer skills email, reports, footage handling < LI>
Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility < LI>
