Cctv Operator

Responsibilities:

1. Review CCTV footage to assess adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and restaurant SOPs.
2. Conduct CCTV audits as per the planned schedule and share key observations and findings with relevant stakeholders.
3. Identify operational gaps related to guest service, cleanliness, team deployment, food safety, and process compliance.
4. Monitor the overall guest experience by evaluating greeting standards, dining area cleanliness, queue management, and customer interactions.
5. Track Speed of Service (SOS) performance by reviewing order preparation, handover, and table service timelines, and highlighting areas of delay.
6. Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams to ensure identified issues are addressed and corrective actions are implemented within agreed timelines.
7. Prepare regular reports and dashboards that highlight trends, recurring concerns, compliance levels, and opportunities for operational improvement.
8. Partner with Operations teams to drive continuous improvement in restaurant performance, compliance, and guest satisfaction through CCTV-based insights and recommendations.
