CCTV Control Room Operator

Role Overview
Monitor multi-camera feeds from client sites across a region, detect anomalies, and coordinate with ground teams to ensure real-time incident response.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor live feeds from 50+ cameras across multiple sites
  • Raise alarms and dispatch ground response teams
  • Maintain shift-wise monitoring logs and incident reports
  • Coordinate with clients and site supervisors on events
Requirements
  • ITI/diploma with computer and CCTV knowledge
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, multi-screen environments
  • 12th pass minimum; basic English for reports
  • 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights
