Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. (Masters degree preferred)
- Proven experience in providing technical support for Catia software or similar CAD/CAM/CAE applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Catia software, including proficiency in part design, assembly design, drafting, surface modeling, and other modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with users, understand their requirements, and convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, Python, or CATScript for customization and automation tasks.
- Experience in software installation, configuration, and system administration.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality technical support services.
- Certifications in Catia or related software applications (e.g., CATIA Associate, CATIA Professional) are a plus.
- Knowledge in Enovia/3D experience will be added advantage
- Knowledge in Aeronautics Domain will be added advantage
