Job Description

  • Drive launch and commercialization of new SKUs such as Al alloys, electrodes, SiC, Mg ingots, and refractories, also for ferro alloy manufacturers
  • Build product understanding through supplier research, trials, and pilot dispatches
  • Identify and onboard relevant non-ferrous casting customers and secondary smelters
  • Work closely with the operations and procurement teams to align supply, pricing, and delivery
  • Achieve revenue targets through direct B2B sales and trader partnerships
  • Report key insights on product performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity

Desired Attributes:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or B2B client engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to hustle and close deals.
  • Customer-first mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools , lead management, and data handling.
  • Ability to perform basic market research and competitor benchmarking.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven , fast-paced environment.
