Job Description
- Drive launch and commercialization of new SKUs such as Al alloys, electrodes, SiC, Mg ingots, and refractories, also for ferro alloy manufacturers
- Build product understanding through supplier research, trials, and pilot dispatches
- Identify and onboard relevant non-ferrous casting customers and secondary smelters
- Work closely with the operations and procurement teams to align supply, pricing, and delivery
- Achieve revenue targets through direct B2B sales and trader partnerships
- Report key insights on product performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity
Desired Attributes:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or B2B client engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to hustle and close deals.
- Customer-first mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM tools , lead management, and data handling.
- Ability to perform basic market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven , fast-paced environment.
