Location: Chennai (Work From Office)
Role: Team Lead Catalog & E-commerce
Salary: 7 LPA to 15 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only (Candidates with confirmed Last Working Day and notice period below 30 days)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Catalog & E-commerce operations team.
Monitor daily operations and ensure SLA, quality, and productivity targets are achieved.
Review and maintain accurate product catalog data, including product descriptions, attributes, pricing, and images.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely catalog updates and issue resolution.
Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Required Skills
Experience leading Catalog Management or E-commerce operations teams.
Strong understanding of product catalog management, content quality, and data accuracy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Important Notes
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Candidates must have a confirmed Last Working Day and notice period of less than 30 days.
Degree certificates and all supporting documents are mandatory. Candidates without a completed degree will not be considered.
