Job Description
What You Will Need :
- 6+ years of experience as Frontend Developer.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline) with focus on application/software development.
- You must have experience setting up the full UI workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building and Deployment.
- Good architectural & design skills.
- You must have a good understanding of MVC architecture, various JS frameworks, libraries, design patterns, accessibility, performance, etc.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, React ecosystem, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across frontend, backend, and product teams.
What you will do :
- Lead cross-team efforts to improve our frontend code base across the company and lead platform initiatives.
- Participates in technical design and provides estimation.
- Build modern & rich UI, frontend web applications, design and develop reusable components and front-end libraries.
- Consistently follows and promotes SDLC best practices: Coding standard, testing, code reviews, code comments etc.
- You will coach and mentor new team members.
