Job Title: Regional Cash Application Lead Europe
Location: Xylem Global Hub, Vadodara
Working Hours: Central European Time (CET)
Function: Order-to-Cash (O2C) Global Credit Collections
Reports to: Senior Manager, Global Cash Application Service Delivery

Role Summary
The Regional Cash Application Lead Europe manages the daily cash posting operations for Europe, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency across multiple countries, banking partners, and currencies. The Lead plays a crucial role in maximizing HighRadius automation and supporting a team of analysts working across European markets.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all cash application activities across European entities, ensuring timely and accurate multi-currency postings (primarily EUR and GBP).
Lead a team of 2 5 regional analysts, ensuring operational coverage and quality.
Monitor and improve HighRadius CAA Cloud auto-cash performance through rules optimization and exception control.
Liaise with European Credit Collections Service Delivery Leaders for escalations, remittance issues, and process alignment.
Resolve unapplied and unidentified cash within SLA.
Support banking and treasury partners in cash allocation, bank file resolution, and payment discrepancies.
Track and report regional KPIs, contributing to global O2C performance dashboards.
Participate in global standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar discipline.
3 5 years of relevant O2C cash application experience, with exposure to European banking processes.
Strong working experience with HighRadius CAA Cloud and SAP S/4HANA.
Understanding of global currency processing (EUR, GBP, CHF, NOK, etc.).
Excellent English communication; additional European languages a plus.
Prior experience leading, coaching, or coordinating analyst-level staff.
