Job Description (4+ Years Experience)


  1. Data Strategy & Analytics Leadership: Define and drive BI and analytics strategy to support business growth, customer segmentation, and commercialization initiatives.
  2. Customer & Market Intelligence: Build PQ-based customer categorization models, market intelligence frameworks, and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
  3. Insights & Reporting: Design and manage executive dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics models to track business performance, revenue trends, and operational KPIs.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams to convert business requirements into actionable data insights.
  5. Team & Data Governance: Lead and mentor BI analysts; ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices in data pipelines and reporting.
  6. Commercialization & Strategy Support: Support pricing, product positioning, forecasting, and growth strategies using advanced analytics and predictive models.

Tools & Technologies (Mandatory / Preferred)

  • Databases & Querying: SQL, Oracle SQL, MySQL
  • Using AI tools - Most preferred
  • BI & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, Looker
  • Analytics & Programming: Python (Pandas, NumPy), R (basic), Excel Advanced
  • Data Engineering / Warehousing: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse (preferred)
  • ETL / Data Integration: Alteryx, Talend, Informatica, SSIS, Airflow
  • Version Control & Collaboration: Git, JIRA, Confluence
