Capital Market Quality Analyst-BPS

• Main responsibilities in finance area will be to support, Investment advisory billing, Third party payment, Quality analysis and assurance.
• Work with business users on billing payment and quality assurance.
• Conduct Calibration sessions in sync with the Delivery and QA team.
• Develop, Recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Develops and conducts briefings for the targeted group of advisors that address Service Quality deficiencies and/or improvement opportunities.
• Prepare Daily/Weekly reports.
• Understanding of capital market and asset management industry
• Basic knowledge of QA practices, theories, tools such as cypress, playwright, and other quality detection techniques
• Understands market data, its providers and significance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, database software
• Basic understanding of fixed income, equity and derivate trading
