What would you do The SFMC Campaign Developer will support the onshore client team with the day-to-day running of our email marketing program, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create engaging and personalized communications for our customers.

Build, test and deploy email campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand and creative standards.

Build and execute all types of automations in SFMC Journey Builder and automation studio.

Building and executing dynamic content in SFMC Email Studio.

Building and executing A/B testing in Journey Builder.

Create SQL for targeting/segmentations.

Create target audience using data filters/queries

Escalate any risks proactively to the project lead The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.


What are we looking for

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder

At least 1-3 years of experience working as a campaign specialist

Understanding of querying code (SQL) in SFMC.

Proficiency in Sales Force Marketing Cloud tool (SFMC Email Certification and/or developer certification would have an added advantage)

Excellent communication skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in digital marketing line of business

Experience in AMP Script.


Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems

Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors

In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management

You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments

The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others

You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
