Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and dismantling camera, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Support videographers during shoots, including QA and outdoor sessions.
- Manage batteries, cables, and basic equipment care.
- Transfer and organize raw footage for editors.
- Maintain inventory of production equipment.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualifications Skills
- Diploma\/Certificate in Media Production or related field preferred (not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of camera and lighting equipment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in field\/studio environments.
Professional Experience
- 1\2 years of support role experience in video\/media production.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.
Performance\-Based Incentives

Separation Clause
One monthotice in year one, two months in subsequent years, or salary in lieu.
