Designation :CAM Programming
Location : Peenya, Bangalore
working : 6 days
Qualification: BE / Diploma Mechanical Eng.
Experience - 6 to 8 years of experience
-Hands on experience in CNC machining centers and Turning / Turn mill centers
- Good in CNC 2D and 3D programming, working with different systems Siemens and Fanuc
- Experience in working with CAM software Master CAM / Solid CAM / other
-CNC mfg. process, Cycle time study.
-Thorough knowledge on development of Fixtures and CNC tooling
-Knowledge on study of drawing, GD&T requirement, process development
- Selection of machines, features, selection of tooling, machining parameters in working with
different materials like Steel, Cast Iron and Aluminum- Forgings, Profiles and Rounds
- Machine setup and ensure quality compliance
- Knowledge on PFD and PFMEA, APQP process of new product development.
Skills Required:
- CNC machining, CAM software, GD&T, problem-solving
-Good knowledge and Experience working with MS office tools Excel, Power point and word etc.
- Practical knowledge of work holding fixtures
-Fixture setting & Tool setting
- Cycle time reduction, cutting parameter selection for different types of materials.
- First time right approach
- Scrap reduction
- Manage prototype shop operations, responsible for on time delivery
- Coordinate with R&D, Design, Production
- Plan prototype samples and trials
- Allocate resources and development of process
-Positive thinking, Proactive, accept challenges and execute.
-To be a good team player, ready travel across all Win plants and supplier place based on
project requirement.
-To be flexible to learn and adopt without any boundary within the work.
-Practical Knowledge on Hydraulic Cylinder Mfg. process will be an added advantage.
