Cad Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks and Creo as per project requirements
• Develop detailed engineering drawings, assemblies, and BOMs (Bill of Materials)
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and production teams
• Modify and update existing designs based on feedback and project changes
• Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and industry standards
• Perform tolerance analysis and design validation
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of design files

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in CAD design
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and Creo
• Good understanding of mechanical design principles
• Experience in creating assemblies, sheet metal, and surface modeling
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, etc.)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
