Role & responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers before, during, and after the flight.
• Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, and help them find their seats.
• Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and explain emergency procedures.
• Verify that seat belts, luggage, and cabin equipment comply with safety regulations.
• Serve meals, beverages, and other in-flight services with professionalism.
• Respond promptly to passenger requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle medical emergencies and other in-flight situations according to airline procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the aircraft cabin throughout the journey.
• Assist passengers during boarding, landing, and disembarkation.
• Complete pre-flight and post-flight checks, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the flight deck and fellow crew members to ensure smooth flight operations.
• Represent the airline by maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills at all times.
