C++ Developer

We are seeking a talented C++ Developer with 4–6 years of experience in developing and maintaining Windows desktop applications using modern C++. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), STL, multithreading, and memory management, with the ability to design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable software solutions. Experience with Visual Studio, Git, debugging complex applications, and working in Agile development environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with C#, Windows desktop applications, and industrial automation domains will be an added advantage.

• Design, develop, and maintain C++ modules for desktop and backend applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Develop new features and enhance existing functionalities while ensuring performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects across development, integration, and production-like environments.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C#, WPF, QA, and Product teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and execute unit tests to validate implemented functionalities.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to application performance, memory management, and multithreading.
• Work with source control systems (Git), participate in PR reviews, and resolve merge conflicts.
• Support build generation, integration testing, and release activities.
• Contribute to technical documentation, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
