Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, and performance appraisal.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting top candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and make recommendations on new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employment law.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities including recruitment, grievance handling, and performance appraisal.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions around workforce planning.
