Business System Analyst with Workday Configuration

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong hands-on Workday configuration expertise who can bridge business requirements, system configuration, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience with Workday configuration, business process configuration, security/roles, workflows, functional requirements, requirements gathering, process analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing/UAT, troubleshooting, and Workday enhancements. Experience with relevant Workday modules such as HCM, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, or Talent is highly desirable.
The candidate should also be comfortable running the Scrum process for the team, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, while managing Jira/Azure DevOps backlogs, tracking dependencies and impediments, and coordinating with Product Owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management, communication, Agile/Scrum, Workday integrations, reporting, and release/change management experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate is someone who can understand the business requirement, configure Workday hands-on, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and confidently facilitate the Scrum process and delivery cadence for the team.
