Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with 8–10 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business requirements analysis, functional specifications, data analysis, system integration, UAT, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation including BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Technical Requirements.
• Perform gap analysis, process mapping (BPMN), and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, and third-party vendors to define effective solutions.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis and validation using Oracle and Teradata.
• Analyze and document integration requirements involving Core Banking Systems, APIs, Data Warehouses, and third-party applications.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
• Support KPI, management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify business and technical risks and support change management and governance activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations and standards such as PCI-DSS, SOX, and GDPR.
• Manage requirements and project activities using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Participate in and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and BPMN.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, Oracle, and Teradata skills.
• Good understanding of Core Banking, Payments, Risk & Compliance, APIs, and Data Warehousing.
• Experience with UAT planning and execution.
• Working knowledge of Python for basic scripting and analysis.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies.
• Understanding of PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
