• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as IT Business Analyst
• Experience in requirements engineering, preferably supported through certification such as IREB or similar.
• Experienced in ERP deployment projects within the Supply Chain Execution process domain. 
• Strong communicator both in written and spoken English. 
• Requires strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills to convey both technical and non-technical concepts to a wide audience.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and effectively present findings and recommendations to business and IS management.
• Requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A comprehensive understanding of business processes and the ability to quickly learn new processes.
• Expresses detail level business and systems analysis with the use of Business Process modeling, for example UML Use Case or other process modeling standards. 
• Strong experience with the Microsoft product suite, including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and SharePoint required.
• Works independently, with guidance only in complex situations.
• Customer service attitude and strong facilitation skills in both face-to-face as well as virtual team setting
