Business Systems Analyst

What will you be doing day to day?
- As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), youll play a key role in bridging business needs with
next-generation AI and automation solutions that enhance efficiency across departments, including Sales,
Recruiting, Payroll, Billing, and Finance.
- You’ll collaborate with business users to understand processes, define automation opportunities, translate
requirements into actionable solutions for developers, and ensure smooth adoption across the
organization.
- Serve as the bridge between business users and technical developers. Ensure developers clearly
understand business requirements, workflows, and usability needs to create intuitive, user-friendly
applications.
- Lead Systems Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that developed solutions meet
business needs, ensure quality delivery, and document any enhancements or issues.
- Create user guides, conduct training sessions, and support end users during and after go-live to ensure
smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
- Gather feedback from end users post-implementation and collaborate with the development team to
optimize features and improve user experience.
Your Experience:
- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting process automation or
system implementations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or
related field.
- Preferred: Experience working with Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, ML, and Automation frameworks,
low-code/no-code tools, or process automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, AppSheet, UiPath, or
custom in-house tools).
- Prior experience working as a QA or in Quality Assurance is a big plus
- Understanding of US Staffing or back-office operations (payroll, billing, recruiting) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with AI/automation use cases and their practical business applications.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
