Job Description
- Be a Subject Matter Expert with regards to one or more IBM TRIRIGA Modules
- Analyze business requirements and help configure the IBM TRIRIGA module accordingly.
- Provide functional support and guidance to end-users in the use of the TRIRIGA system.
- Develop and maintain documentation on system processes and procedures, including user manuals, training materials, and system guides.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any issues or defects identified in the system.
- Provide training to end-users on the use of the TRIRIGA system and related processes.
- Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the designing the IBM TRIRIGA System leveraging Out of Box as a baseline.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system configuration.
- Experience with developing use cases and process flows using online tools or MS Office
- Experience with developing Mockups, Functional design documentation, Test scenarios and test cases
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.
- Experience in SQL and Oracle database management is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
