A typical day involves collaborating with various business users to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions to optimize effectiveness, and designing continuous monitoring systems to refine processes over time. Your role will require you to gather detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that the workflows align with the overall business objectives and contribute to improved operational efficiency.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
