Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. Collaboration with various business stakeholders is essential to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent and support business objectives, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively integrated across the enterprise.

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and Advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with strategic objectives.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA).

Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication abilities to articulate process designs and collaborate with various teams.

Experience in documenting business processes and translating requirements into actionable plans.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA).

This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
