Business Process Analyst

Specific duties include, but may not be limited to: Data review and clean-up:

Master s degree in information technology with 2 years of relevant experience or bachelor s degree in information technology with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of and experience with legal (preferably arbitration) processes and systems.
Demonstrated experience in requirements collection; strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information collected.
High proficiency in business/technical gathering and documentation for small, medium, and large-scale information systems.
Solid experience writing, managing, and executing system testing.
Excellent project management skills and experience.
