Job Description: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – Business Policy Enforcement

Reports To: Manager/Senior Manager – Business Policy Enforcement

• Location: Noida 
• Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in Trust & Safety or Business Policy Enforcement operations)

About the Role:

The Business Policy Enforcement team safeguards the integrity of the Naukri platform by monitoring, investigating, and acting on account security, fraud, and policy-violation signals across recruiter and client accounts. This role will own end-to-end execution across processes ensuring high-quality, timely resolution while identifying trends and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and action cases for both email and call channels.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly production logs (volumes, production hours, TAT) across all processes.
• Support preparation of monthly KPI decks capturing volume trends, MoM movement, and root-cause commentary for spikes/drops.
• Flag process gaps or unusual trend spikes to leads for policy or system-level fixes.
• Support automation/migration initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and investigative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-volume email/call-based case queues while meeting TAT and quality benchmarks.
• Comfortable working with data — MoM trend analysis, Excel/reporting tools, and basic dashboarding.
• Good understanding of fraud patterns and account security concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client/recruiter interactions and escalation handling.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple concurrent processes, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with rotational timings / shifts.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in trust & safety, fraud/risk or Business Policy Enforcement operations.
• Experience working with recruitment platforms or marketplace trust teams.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration or Operations is preferred).
