Business Planning Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement corporate planning strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the engineering & construction industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics-driven plans to achieve them.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions on product development, pricing, and sales strategy.
• Ensure effective communication of planning initiatives across all levels of the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in corporate planning or a related field within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of strategic business planning principles, including SWOT analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable recommendations for senior management.
