The Role
You will write high-quality, research-led stories that decode how work, leadership, policy, and money are evolving across India and the Middle East.
This is not a news aggregation role.
This is about turning signals into insight.
You will:
Produce deep dives, explainers, and analytical pieces (1000 3000 words)
Break down complex topics like Emiratisation, Saudisation, hiring shifts, AI at work, and wealth/fintech trends
Convert reports, data, and policy into clear, structured, and readable narratives
Build stories that are searchable, shareable, and worth saving
Write with a natural flow of context shift meaning, not surface-level summaries
Own the full output: headline, structure, SEO, GEO, and distribution thinking
The Profile
We are looking for a writer who thinks before they write.
Strong ability to research deeply and connect dots across sources
Writes with clarity, structure, and authority (no fluff, no jargon)
Comfortable working with data, reports, and policy frameworks
Has a clear bias for depth over volume
Understands what makes content rank, spread, and stay relevant
