We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to join Amazons Selection & Catalog Systems team as part of the Rekindle Program initiative designed for women professionals returning to work after a career break of 10-12 months.

What youll do:
Partner with product and business teams to solve high-impact problems
Build scalable data pipelines and dashboards (QuickSight/Tableau/PowerBI)
Analyze large datasets using SQL and statistical methods
Define and standardize metrics across systems
Work closely with engineering to build robust analytics solutions
We’re looking for:
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis (Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools
• Proficiency in Python / Java / R
• Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex insights
About the team:
You’ll be part of a newly built centralized BI team—working alongside product managers, engineers, and scientists to drive a more proactive, data-driven ecosystem across Amazon.
