BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Help design and build the core Analytics engine in collaboration with the Data
• Engineering and Backend teams.
• Develop data schema and flows for ingesting data into the Data Lake, and integration with the visualization engine.
• Build and manage intuitive visual dashboards based on business requirements.
• Analyse product performance and usage, and identify areas of improvement.
• Create custom reports and data cuts from different data sources based on ad-hoc requirements from various teams.
• Develop data models to improve efficiency of acquisition and retention efforts.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup.
• Experience in building and managing dashboarding tools like Metabase, Google Data
• Studio and Redash.
• Intermediate proficiency in data mining and manipulation in an SQL environment.
• Experience in data transformation and analysis on MS Excel and R/ Python.
• Experience in using product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude.
• Understanding of data modelling, data schemas, and database operations.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
